What happens when the sun god Ra decides mankind has broken the order of the world?

From his blazing throne, Ra calls Sekhmet down as the lioness shape of judgment.

The gold sky hardens above the earth, and the first shadows run across the sand.

Broken Order

The shadows become Sekhmet, claws deep in dust, eyes fixed on the people below.

Doors swing open, prayers stop in their throats, and whole streets empty before Sekhmet's roar.

Even Ra, high above, sees the red panic spreading farther than his command.

Sekhmet on Earth

Soon red liquid shines from hundreds of jars.

Sekhmet lowers her lioness face to the red flood, and the destroyer mistakes beer for blood.

The Red Deception

In the sudden hush, Ra holds the sunrise still and watches Sekhmet sink slowly to her knees.

Sekhmet opens her hands, and the hard fury leaves her face.

At sunrise, the land still glows red, but this time the silence makes room for living human breath.
