The registry-record analysis examined 79,413 ClinicalTrials.gov records.

In the planned-analysis sample, 61% of first primary outcome entries were too vague to identify a measurement or domain.

The posted-results review analyzed 2,178 publicly posted results records.

Among posted results records, 20% reported more than two primary outcomes, and sponsors or investigators self-reported the data without an independent verification source.
