These Terms govern your use of Pandi ("Pandi", "we", "us"), available at askpandi.com. By creating an account or using Pandi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You need an account to use most of Pandi. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
Please do not use Pandi to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or generate content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Pandi produces answers using AI models and information retrieved from the web and from documents you provide. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Please do not rely on Pandi as a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise. You are responsible for checking anything important.
You keep ownership of the documents, prompts and other content you upload or create. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that content in order to run the service for you. We do not sell your content.
Pandi offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Max). Every plan includes every feature — plans differ only in how much you can use Pandi in a given week.
Each plan carries a weekly usage allowance. When you reach your allowance, Pandi will pause new questions until the allowance resets, and we will always show you when that reset happens. Work already in progress is never interrupted.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying a subscription, without giving a reason. If you have already used Pandi during that period, we may reduce the refund in proportion to what you have used. To exercise this right, email us at [email protected].
Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change plan prices or usage allowances. If a change affects your existing subscription, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not want to continue.
We work to keep Pandi available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and will give notice where reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, including the payment data handled by Stripe.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
