You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, from Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
You do not need to contact us to cancel, and we will never ask you to call or write in to do it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may withdraw from a subscription purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
Because Pandi is a digital service that starts immediately, if you have used Pandi during those 14 days we may reduce your refund in proportion to the usage you have already had. If you have not used your paid allowance at all, you get a full refund.
To exercise this right, email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of purchase. We will confirm and process the refund to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.
Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.
That said, if something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, you were charged after cancelling, or the service was substantially unavailable — please contact us. We will put it right.
Upgrading takes effect immediately and Stripe applies a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep the higher allowance for the period you have paid for.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it over a few days and we will email you. Your paid plan continues during a short grace period; if payment still cannot be taken, your account returns to the Free plan. You do not lose your account, your history or your documents.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer — usually 5–10 working days.
