Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 14/08/2026

At Pandi, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Pandi, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Information such as your name, email address, and other contact details that you provide when registering for an account or contacting us.
  • Usage Information: Information about how you interact with our service, including search queries, preferences, and clicks on the platform.
  • Device Information: Information about the device and browser you use to access Pandi, including IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your user experience. These help us remember your preferences and understand how you interact with our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve Pandi's services, including answering your queries and providing personalized search results.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates, promotions, and notifications.
  • Analyze usage patterns and trends to enhance the functionality of the platform.
  • Ensure security and detect any malicious activity.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information in the following situations:

  • Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate and improve Pandi.
  • Advertising: Third parties such as Google may be placing and reading cookies on your users' browsers, or using web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving. See how Google's uses data.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to comply with a legal obligation or protect our rights.
  • Business Transfers: If Pandi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Payments and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details — these are collected and handled directly by Stripe.

To take payment and issue invoices, Stripe processes your name, email address, billing address (including country, for tax purposes) and payment method details. We receive from Stripe only what we need to run your subscription: a customer reference, which plan you are on, its status, and the current billing period.

We process this data to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting record keeping. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller for its own compliance and fraud-prevention purposes — see the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We also record how much you use Pandi each week so we can show you your usage allowance and apply plan limits. This is stored against your account and is not shared with advertisers.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we correct, update, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services to you and comply with our legal obligations. If you request deletion of your personal data, we will delete it unless we are legally obligated to retain it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Pandi does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, if applicable, via email.
