What to check before buying
Try the watch size on your wrist if possible, especially if you will sleep in it. COROS lists an AMOLED display and running-focused software for PACE Pro; compare that with the maps, music, recovery prompts and third-party integrations you actually use. A good watch should make post-run review easier, not turn every run into dashboard work.
Battery claims depend on display and GPS settings, and wrist heart-rate readings vary with fit and activity. Do not pay for advanced metrics unless they will change your training decisions.
