Jason’s rent comes with strings attached

Brian lets Jason stay rent-free in return for shakedowns and visits for Lori’s sangria.^[1]

The interesting detail is the relationship: a home can also create an obligation. Read this as character setup in Rockstar’s biography. It does not establish a player-facing rent bill, property-management feature, or a specific mission you will have to complete. Those would require their own confirmation. For now, the small domestic detail gives Jason’s situation a sharp hook: “free” accommodation still comes with somebody else’s expectations.^[1]
