VONDER: AI glasses without a camera or display

NEWS · Preorder · Announced 22 September 2026
VONDER is taking preorders for intelligent eyewear that deliberately leaves out cameras and displays. The company says its prescription-compatible frames combine open-ear audio with a voice assistant and a “Memory Graph” for recalling information you choose to capture. Preorders opened on 28 September, with shipping planned for November.[1]
The design starts with familiar acetate glasses rather than a visible gadget attached to your face. Asking questions, listening and remembering are the proposed interface; there is no screen to glance at or camera to identify what you are seeing.[2]
The interesting bet is whether audio and useful personal memory are enough. Shipping and everyday performance remain unverified here.
