It also addresses the number of beneficiaries cases of program housing support, as well as the number of permits and certificates of completion of construction classified according to the various governorates. Main Results • 23% was the increase in the total number of planned land plots in the Sultanate of Oman in 2025 compared to previous year, increase by 788 land plot. • 72.1% of the planned lands in 2025 were for residential use. • 41% of the planned lands in 2025 was in Ash Sharqiyah South governorate. • 12,333 land plots were granted in the Sultanate of Oman in 2025. • Most of the granted lands plots in 2025 were locate in Al Batinah North governorate by 17.8%, followed by Ad Dakhliyah governorate by 16.6% and Al Batinah south governorate by 13.7%. • 100% of the granted land plots in 2025 were for residential uses, with a decrease by 7,535 land compared to the previous year. • 12% was the increase in the total number of new plots registered for the first time in 2025 compared to previous year, reaching 48,399 land plot.
