بعضهــا معرضــاً للتدهــور، تخصــص هــذه المنطقــة لحمايــة الأحيــاء التــي تقطنهــا بحيــث تكــون هــذه
الحمايــة هــي المنظــم للعلاقــة بيــن النشــاطات البشــرية والمواقــع الحيويــة وخاصــة الســكان
القاطنيــن فــي المحميــة أو حولهــا، والذيــن ســبق لهــم الاســتفادة مــن مواردهــا الطبيعيــة المتعــددة.
د( المحميــات الطبيعيــة هــي عبــارة عــن مســاحة مــن اليابســة أو البحــر ذات الطابــع الإيكولوجــي الهــام أو

a) A clearly defined geographical area (terrestrial or marine) that is classified, organized
and managed to achieve specific goals related to the conservation of biodiversity therein
through a legal framework or other effective means, to achieve sustainability in the protection
of resources and the protection of the ecosystem and cultural values associated with it.
b) Areas defined by geographical dimensions that are required to be protected
under special laws for reserves, in order to preserve their natural environmental
diversity in order to preserve those resources from human encroachments,
overexploitation or extinction as a result of natural and developmental changes.
c) It is a terrestrial or water area characterized by its obvious richness in natural
heritage (plant and animal diversity and microorganisms) coexisting with each
other according to a specific ecosystem or systems, and some of them may be

الســلطات الوطنيــة كمحميــات علميــة الصارمــة ، أو حدائــق وطنيــة ، أو آثــار طبيعيــة ، أو محميــات طبيعيــة أو
محميــات للحيــاة البريــة ، ومناظــر طبيعيــة محميــة ، ومناطــق تــدار أساسًــا للاســتخدام المســتدام المحميــة
الطبيعيــة البريــة هــي الأرض التــي يوجــد بهــا نباتــات وغابــات طبيعيــة وحيوانــات وطيــور أي تشــمل حيــاة بريــة
كاملــة لــكل هــذه الكائنــات.
Wild Reserves are fully or partially protected areas of at least 1,000 hectares in size that
are designated by national authorities as strictly scientific reserves, national parks, nature

مــن مناطــق المــد والجــزر أو تحــت المــد والجــزر جنبًــا إلــى جنــب مــع الميــاه التــي تعلوهــا ومــا يرتبــط بهــا مــن
نباتــات وحيوانــات وخصائــص تاريخيــة وثقافيــة ، والتــي تــم الاحتفــاظ بهــا بموجــب القانــون أو غيرهــا مــن
(. 1988الوســائل الفعالــة لحمايــة جــزء أو كل البيئــة المغلقــة
. يعــرف الاتحــاد الدولــي لصــون الطبيعــة المنطقــة المحميــة بأنهــا ""مســاحة جغرافيــة محــددة بوضــوح، 2ي
معتــرف بهــا، ومخصصــة، ويتــم الإشــراف عليهــا مــن خلال الوســائل القانونيــة أو غيرهــا مــن الوســائل الفعالــة،
لتحقيــق الحفــاظ علــى الطبيعــة علــى المــدى الطويــل مــع النظــام البيئــي والقيــم الثقافيــة المرتبطــة بهــا.
وتنشــئ المحميــات البحريــة بغــرض الحفــاظ و حمايــة التنــوع الإحيائــي فــي البحــار والمحيطــات وتعتبــر أداة
مهمــة وفعالــة لحمايــة البيئــة الســاحلية والبحريــة و اســتعادة تــوازن الأنظمــة البيئيــة المفقــود جــراء نشــاطات
نالإنســان.
- According to the World Consortium of Nature Marine Protected Area is defined as any intertidal or subtidal area together with the waters over it and associated flora and fauna and historical and cultural characteristics, which have been preserved by law or otherwise An effective means of protecting part or all of an enclosed environment (Kelleher, 1995 & IUCN, 1988).
- The International Union for Conservation of Nature defines a protected area as a
geographical area that is clearly defined, recognized, designated, and supervised
through legal or other effective means, to achieve long-term nature conservation with
associated ecosystem and cultural values. Marine reserves are established for the purpose
of preserving and protecting biodiversity in the seas and oceans and are considered an
important and effective tool for protecting the coastal and marine environment and
restoring the balance of ecosystems lost as a result of human activities.
