5.1 Statistics Act 2002 This is provided for in the current Statistics Act 2002 2.4.2 NBS follow a code of ethics which governs statistical practices and its implementation is followed up.

2.6.1 The statistical legislation guarantees the privacy and security of information received from data providers

7.1 Statistics Act 2002 This is provided for in the current Statistics Act 2002 2.6.2 Where there are exceptions to the general confidentiality provisions, clear policies and procedures are in place and are made public to operationalize the exceptions.
